A person can ease the symptoms with a few simple exercises.

Push your chin forward in a way that stretches the throat.

Hi Lybrate user ,no need to worry sir, physiotherapy is always best in case of disc bulge, this is a biomechanical issue, medicians not play a vital role in this case, physiotherapy can be very effective in relieving the pain and other symptoms associated with herniated bulge. Techniques such as neural gliding, joint mobilisation and dry needling are all known to be effective in treating this condition.

Neck pain
cervical spondylosis– chronic condition with radiating pain
this is cervical pain (neck pain) and that's the reason the pain radiates until the shoulder blades. If you keep ice that would help and along side you can do hot water fermentation. You shall use cervical collar which would help you to reduce the radiating pain ie. Due to the nerve compression.

Consult with physiotherapist and take electrotherapy for 10 days. Maintsin proper posture, avoid sitting on floor, standing on floor also be avoided. Do lower back strengthening exercises.

It is common about neck pain and the mri report you placed as query is normal to get if syffering with cervical spondylosis.
Due to improper posture you have developed cervical pain, take medicines by consulting ortho or neurologist and also physiotherapy for 2 weeks.
There is no need to panic by seeing this report, maintain proper posture, apply hot pack twice a day after a week of physio sessions, exercises will be suggested to strengthen muscles around neck.
